Product Overview

A spur gear plate is a disk-shaped gear component with teeth running parallel to the axis, featuring simple structure, easy manufacturing, high transmission efficiency, and no axial force. As the most classic and widely used gear form, spur gear plates are suitable for medium-low speed power transmission between parallel shafts, extensively used in reducers, transmissions, machine tools, and automation equipment.

Yubao Transmission Technology produces spur gear plates with outer diameters from φ50–500mm, module range 0.5–5.0mm, and gear accuracy up to DIN Grade 5 (ISO 1328). Using CNC gear hobbing + grinding processes, teeth are carburized and hardened to surface hardness HRC 58–62 with core hardness HRC 30–45, combining excellent wear resistance with impact toughness. Face runout ≤0.02mm (relative to bore) and radial runout ≤0.02mm (tip relative to bore) meet the stringent requirements of precision reducers and high-end automation equipment.
