After more than two decades of development, the company has established a complete industry chain covering raw material procurement, precision machining, heat treatment, and finished product inspection. In 2024, Yubao Transmission Technology formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Jiangsu Research Institute of Dalian University of Technology to establish a Joint Innovation Center. The center focuses on R&D innovation in precision transmission technology, dedicated to bridging the seamless channel from academic research to industrial application, marking an important step for Yubao in industry-academia-research integration.
The company attaches great importance to intellectual property construction and core technology accumulation. To date, a total of 46 patents have been applied for, including 6 invention patents (core technologies), 42 have been authorized and put into commercial use, 2 patents are pending authorization, and 2 are under substantive examination. The R&D team works closely with production engineers to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles are incorporated from the initial concept stage, shortening time-to-market and optimizing product performance.
