CNC Gear Shaping Machines: Changji Technology YKS5132 series (module 8mm, outer diameter 320mm), specializing in internal ring gears and multi-stage gear processing.

Precision Gear Grinding Machines: Qinchuan Machine Tool YKZ7230 (CNC worm grinding wheel gear grinder), Xinghe PG2840 (gear grinder), processing accuracy up to DIN Class 4, surface roughness Ra≤0.4μm.

Grinding Equipment:

CNC Cylindrical Grinding Machines: Beijing No.2 Machine Tool MB1320E, De Wei Precision DW-350-CNC series, maximum grinding length 800mm, radial runout ≤0.003mm.

Special Processing:

Friction Welding Machine: Shengchun Machinery MCH-20B (20-ton capacity), achieving high-quality connection of dual-metal shaft cores (such as 20CrMnTi+45# steel), weld strength coefficient ≥95% of base material.

Thread Rolling Machine: Xingchen Machine Tool ZPA series (20–25 tons), for processing spline shafts and threads, accuracy up to Class 7.

Broaching Machine: CH1-1013 (16 tons), for efficient processing of internal keyways and special-shaped holes.

Machining Center: DOOSAN CNM560, Yingtuo Technology F-6, for milling and drilling of gearbox housing parts.

Induction Heating Equipment: Hengjing Induction HKVP5012, used for surface hardening of shafts, with controllable hardened layer depth (0.5–3mm), surface hardness HRC 58–62.
