Full-Process Quality Control

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

Equipped with spark spectrometer (NCS Testing) and metallurgical microscope for chemical composition analysis and metallographic structure inspection of each batch of raw materials.

Key materials such as bearing steel and alloy steel undergo 100% hardness verification (Rockwell/Vickers hardness testers), ensuring materials comply with standard grades such as 16MnCr5 and 20CrMo.

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

First Article Inspection: First article of each batch must be inspected, using CMM (HEXAGON CMM) to verify critical dimensions.

Patrol Inspection System: Critical processes (gear hobbing, gear grinding, heat treatment) are inspected every 2 hours, using pneumatic measuring instruments (DZL-3D) for real-time monitoring of machining accuracy.

SPC Statistics: X-R control chart analysis for key characteristics such as shaft diameter, tooth profile, and runout, timely detecting process variations.

Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)

Geometric Accuracy: Mahr roundness tester (Mahr MMQ-100), VICI Vision shaft measuring instruments (MTL500 Evo/MTL M606) perform 100% inspection of shaft runout, roundness, and cylindricity (up to ≤0.005mm).

Gear Accuracy: Gleason gear analyzer (Gleason 300 GMS) inspects tooth profile tolerance and alignment tolerance, ensuring accuracy reaches DIN Class 5-7.

Electronic Traceability System

Adopting ERP+MES dual system management, each process is recorded by scanning, achieving "one-code traceability."

Complete records of equipment number, operator, processing parameters.
