High starting torque
Loaded starts concentrate stress at journals, splines and gear interfaces before the drive reaches speed.
Forklift drives, lift platforms and electric pallet trucks ask more from their transmission parts than simple rotation. They carry load, absorb start-stop shock and keep working through long shifts.
YUBAO manufactures the custom shafts, spline shafts, gear shafts, close-fit sleeves and selected gearbox units behind compact material handling motors.

Gearbox UnitMaterial handling equipment rarely runs under one steady condition. The component route has to account for the moments that create the most stress.
Loaded starts concentrate stress at journals, splines and gear interfaces before the drive reaches speed.
Forward-reverse duty repeatedly loads engagement surfaces and exposes loose fits or unstable alignment.
Shoulders, splines and gear features must share a limited envelope without compromising manufacturability.
Material, heat treatment and runout control have to remain stable from the approved sample to later batches.
Five drawing-based component groups, arranged around the load path, mating fit and assembly scope of the application.
The drawing sets the route. YUBAO selects and controls the processes that protect fit, torque transfer and repeatability.
01High-precision turning for shaft diameters, shoulders, grooves and datum surfaces.
02Controlled gear cutting for integrated gear shafts and transmission parts.
03OD and centerless grinding for final size, surface finish and runout control.
04External or internal spline features are matched to the required fit and engagement.
05Hardness, strength and wear resistance are coordinated around the project duty.
06Selected gearbox projects can include agreed assembly and functional checks.

Critical dimensions, gear data and production records are checked where fit and operating performance depend on them.
Certified quality systems support controlled OEM production.
CMM and gear measurement support critical component checks.
Drawing-critical dimensions and interfaces are verified.
Material and treatment records remain linked to the project.
Inspection records support repeat orders and quality follow-up.

Early review helps catch avoidable cost and fit risks before metal is cut. YUBAO works with global OEM teams on forklift drives, industrial motors, AGV equipment and automated material handling systems.

Each stage closes a specific risk before the project moves forward, so engineering, quality and purchasing teams know what has been confirmed.

Controlled machining and process execution.
Agreed dimensions, records and assembly checks.
Protected packing and delivery coordination.
Production follow-up and ongoing quality control.
Send the drawing or sample together with the application, load or torque, operating speed, installation space, material, heat treatment, quantity and estimated annual demand.
Quality control can include incoming material checks, in-process inspection, CMM measurement, gear inspection, final inspection and batch traceability according to the project.
Yes. Projects can begin with engineering review, samples or a trial batch before repeat production is approved.
The material and treatment route is selected from the drawing, load, wear conditions and dimensional requirements rather than from a one-size-fits-all list.
Lead time depends on part complexity, tooling, material, heat treatment, inspection requirements, sample approval and order quantity.
YUBAO supports selected gearbox projects within an agreed scope. Standard bearings and seals may be specified purchased parts; YUBAO does not manufacture rolling bearings.
Send your drawing, sample or application requirements. We will review the component scope and the manufacturing route before preparing a useful response.
