A flange plate gear is a composite transmission component integrating a gear disk with a flange structure. The flange provides a convenient mounting and positioning interface, enabling direct bolted connection to mating components without additional adapter sleeves or couplings. The flange plate gear integrates transmission, positioning, and connection functions in one piece, significantly simplifying assembly procedures while improving system coaxiality and connection rigidity. Widely used at reducer output ends, motor connection ends, hydraulic pump interfaces, and other applications requiring high installation accuracy and connection reliability.

Yubao Transmission Technology produces flange plate gears using forged blanks + CNC turning + gear hobbing/grinding processes. Flange register-to-gear bore coaxiality ≤0.02mm, flange face roughness Ra≤0.8μm (sealing surface), and bolt hole positional tolerance ≤0.05mm. Flange outer diameter, register diameter, bolt circle (PCD), and bolt specifications are all customizable per customer requirements. Common flange connection dimensions conform to ISO and DIN standards, with custom specifications available upon request.
